My Favourite Recipes

  As much as we would like to eat out all the time, it isn’t exactly the most healthy or cost friendly option. In thi s blog, I am going to share with you some of my favourite meals to cook at home during the week as a university student.     Chicken Satay Salad     Ingredients   1 tbsp  soy sauce   1 tsp medium curry powder   ¼ tsp ground cumin   1 garlic clove, finely grated   1 tsp clear honey   2 skinless chicken breast fillets   1 tbsp crunchy peanut butter    1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce   1 tbsp lime juice   sunflower oil, for wiping the pan   2 Little Gem lettuce hearts   ¼ cucumber   1 banana shallot   coriander     Method   Pour the tamari into a large dish and stir in the curry powder, cumin, garlic and honey.
